Toilet: The plumber you hired never repaired it, claiming he was “looking for a part.” It has now completely given out. I have been forced to use a bucket to flush, which is unsanitary and unacceptable. Electrical Issues: The electrician still has not fixed the blinking lights in every room, repeatedly failing to accommodate my schedule. Fire Escape Security: While I was inside my apartment, someone climbed the fire escape in broad daylight and stole a pair of Nike shoes. This was possible because, after painting, Grandville never reinstalled the fire escape ladder properly. Back Gate: The back gate has no lock and is being “secured” with a rope, posing a serious safety risk. I was called a liar and am crazy and I should move if I don'tike things the way they are and is it my business if the gate is not locked
