The building is well kept but the people living here are nasty
Pros
They keep the floors clean.
Cons
Tenants leave their trash bags in the elevator, the lobby smells like dead dogs. If your package is left in the lobby it will get stolen in a matter of minutes!!!!

Run by slum lords

Cons
Parkchester is run by nothing but slumlords. They do not put on heat on days that the windshield makes the temperature close to 20ﾟ . They've admitted that they have 2 heat plants and one doesn't work so they cycle the heat and give only 4 hours of heat for everyone throughout the day. They do this because of money.
Advice to the owners
Don't run a building if you can't afford to treat every Tennant humanely. You're bad with money and it shows and you will resign or be forced to leave
