Could be much better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Certain floors used to be quiet and peaceful.
Cons:
Loud at times and people smoke all over the building. Few respectful neighbors and no response from management. Unsafe due to strangers entering and trespassing.
Advice to owner:
Should’ve listened a long time ago

You get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
The management kept the building pretty clean when I lived there. If you have a vehicle and are able to get a spot in the indoor garage… it’s such a great benefit. At first, I felt like I lucked out with an affordable unit at this building before things began to go downhill.
Cons:
The inconsiderate neighbors. People would smoke weed and other drugs all over the building and in the stairwells regardless of where they lived. Security is poor, and people would come in off the streets and hole up in the building. Management did not care. I had to move for my safety.
Advice to owner:
It’s self-explanatory

Cons:
bad with lighting in Apartment and whole building. Issues with mice and roaches. Don't give Keys out to the entire building just half of the building. not enough staff to keep building clean
Advice to owner:
Management needs new property manager. need to hire more staff for the building.

Avoid Moving Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building has a laundry room, a sitting common area, and event room.
Cons:
Area has shootings in area. Someone was shot on the side of the building. There are addicts shooting up near the building. They do not want to pay for security. Locks to main entrance is constantly broke. Lock smith is always fixing doors. Addicts are in and out of building. Corner boys smoke drugs in the common area. There are cameras in building, but that doesn't help. When police are called they take forever. Management does minor patches to fix problem temporarily, but refuse to bring back security. There are mice/rats in the walls of the building. They are running in and out of your apartments. They have a exterminator, but it makes it worse. The cleanliness of building went down hill. The heat they control it. The apartments are always freezing especially in the winter months. 311 is called constantly on management. The employees do not last long. The super/resident managers never stay long. They quit. It has a lot to do with management. They are terrible. Communication with them is not existing. Building teamed up and formed a tenant association and management sent legal action to the organizers because they were calling them out on their BS. So, now building no longer has it. I would not move here. Run!!! The building appears to look nice and clean until you move in. So many problems. And you have to pay for your own light bulbs. Not the regular ones. The tube light bulbs that run you $8 and up. They have to be changed frequently because the electrical in the building is terrible. Tenants are not suppose to pay for these lights, but they use scare tactics to tell tenants otherwise.
Advice to owner:
Do better! Listen to the tenants. Stop charging for tube light bulbs. Get security! And stop using scare tactics on tenants when they call you out for wrong doings and mistreatment.
