Scary Front Area

Nice apartment
Close to many trains

Cons:

Hobos and druggies hangout outside the building and it’s very scary!! Would not stay here if I was a group of girls

I havent seen a single roach or rat so that's nice.

Cons:

The units are definitely small, which is fine. But the washroom is TINY

Advice to owner:

Bigger washrooms... also keep this roach free pls

Great location. Tony units.

Fantastic location. Back units are insulated from noise. Nice ceiling lights.

Cons:

Very little interior noise insulation. Moldy AC unit. Front door slams very loudly.

Advice to owner:

Clean AC. Clean trash area.
