Pros

On CPW. Fast access to the B/C lines.

Cons

Far-ish walk to any groceries. Close proximity to the projects. Sometimes rats in trash area out front. Took a long time to get my deposit back after move-out.

- really close to central park - never really heard my neighbors

-constantly had roaches no matter what we did -management SUCKS!!!! - wayyy overpriced for what you get -there’s always people hanging out front of the building smoking or blasting music.
