Well-run building from the 80s
Pros
Beautiful courtyard, good location, nice doormen and staff
Cons
Very loud (from street traffic, not neighbors); minor pest issues (cockroaches regularly seen in basement laundry, we've had mice about once a year)
Advice to the owners
Give renters gym access, put AC in laundry, clean windows

Renters can’t use gym, no dog area in park, decor, sad tree at Christmas
