    lots of fun, great spot (c) openigloo to be post-college. Our apartment (c) openigloo has a lot of great (c) openigloo light. The roof is a (c) openigloo blast and a great way (c) openigloo to meet people
    Cons:
    PACKAGE STEALING! Leaks and repairs (c) openigloo take a while; we had (c) openigloo a cockroach infestation at one (c) openigloo point and ended up having (c) openigloo to take care of it (c) openigloo ourselves. Our fridge and living (c) openigloo space was super small. Super (c) openigloo loud from street noise and (c) openigloo with everyone being young it's (c) openigloo not possible to have a (c) openigloo quiet night on the weekend, (c) openigloo but I don't know anyone (c) openigloo living here who has a (c) openigloo problem with that. Elevator often (c) openigloo broken after weekends
    Advice to owner:
    Get a better workflow in place for bugs and trash and PACKAGE STEALING

    If an apartment has bed bugs and people are literally covered in bites… MAYBE you should help them out!

    -responsive and friendly super - (c) openigloo elevator - virtual doorman - (c) openigloo rooftop - clean in lobby
    Cons:
    -trash often overflows in garbage (c) openigloo room so sometimes there are (c) openigloo rats but unsure what else (c) openigloo management can do about this (c) openigloo with the number of tenants (c) openigloo in the building - a (c) openigloo few cockroach sightings in my (c) openigloo apartment but pretty typical for (c) openigloo the neighborhood and being on (c) openigloo the second floor -packages often stolen (c) openigloo (again, less of a management (c) openigloo issue but for new people (c) openigloo moving in to be aware)
