-Warm and helpful staff

-Elevators constantly break down -People are unfriendly. -Weird residents hang out in lobby -People regularly use phones on the elevators as if no one is around them
Advice to the owners
Do something about the constant flow of delivery people who take up space in the elevators and often use their phones.
Great building, bad rent hike
Pros
I really loved living in the Sven, it was clean, amenities were amazing, and I really have nothing to complain about when it comes to how the building felt.
Cons
The rent hike was crazy, like 15%. The leasing agent told me that rent hikes are usually not bad, but don't let that fool you. They will try to gouge you with an initial increase, and then try to negotiate down from it. It left me a bad taste of the building
Advice to the owners
Stop trying to gouge people, and try to make living here a more sustainable option please
