Great Four Years

Pros:
Quiet residential area
Lots of restaurants/grocery stores/braid shops/barbershops/delis
Nearby 3, ABCD
Police station/park garage next door
Building is nice
Neighbors aren’t nosy at all
Cons:
The stairwells don’t get cleaned as often, so the one waterbug I ever saw in my four years was down there on the street level. Not really a con, I’m just fishing for something to write honestly.
The only other thing is not enough strength equipment in the gym. We didn’t need a Peloton…

Good spot in Harlem

Pros:
Loved the building, has a gym and a rec room. There are grocery stores near by and it is conveniently located near a few trains.
Cons:
Because these units are owned by different groups and individuals, your experience can vary significantly depending on your landlord. My landlord was very frugal, and it was like pulling teeth to try to get him to fix things.
