Good location and close to the train
Cons:
The building is poorly managed and not very clean
Advice to owner:
Get a good building manager

Bad place avoid
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not much. They have washers and dryers but they are old and half of them don’t work.
Cons:
- they don’t clean the property,
-trash is always out
-heater is not always on
-hot water is not always running
-there are cracks and leaks everywhere and when the super comes to “fix it” he just pitches it up not really fixes it.
-
Advice to owner:
Hire better staff to maintain the building. Hire an actual plumber and super. When tenants say they have an issue actually try to fix it.
