Good apartment building

Pros:
Lots of space. Good heating and AC. Reasonable rent. Roof access.
Cons:
Fairly unresponsive management/owners unless really pushed. Internet access quality is so-so.

Waste management not ideal, responsiveness to maintenance requests not the fastest
Advice to owner:
Improve on tenant portals, improve garbage system
