This is the worst property management company I’ve ever come across. They ignore requests for maintenance, pest control, etc. If you are looking at these reviews because you want to rent at 1130-1136 President Street, DON’T! The “bar” below the building is actually a night club and the owners are super disrespectful to the neighbors and the whole block. Between the music and the people screaming outside until 2am, you will not sleep until your lease is up. The “bar” also leaves disgusting trash all around the front doors and sidewalk and our building has mice. Stay away.
Advice to the owners
This could be a great apartment if you didn’t renew the lease for the bar downstairs and you responded to maintenance requests/pest control requests.
