Love this apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
My unit was renovated and clean, and the neighborhood is unbeatable. Its close to Prospect Park, Park Slope food coop, good dining, and felt safe. Laundromat is on first floor and exterminator comes monthly.
Cons:
Garbage area and hallways needs better maintenance and cleaning and non emergency conditions are not addressed despite numerous requests.
Advice to owner:
Garbage areas, hallways, and stairway banisters and floors need better repair and maintenance because they’re falling apart and dirty.
