Great Greenpoint Location
Pros
The biggest advantage is the location. Greenpoint feels calmer than some other parts of Brooklyn but still has plenty of cafés, grocery stores, and subway access nearby. Getting into Manhattan was straightforward, and the neighborhood feels walkable and comfortable. The building itself felt organized and functional. My room had decent natural light and enough space to set up a small desk. Move-in was smooth, and everything was ready when I arrived. The common areas were practical and generally maintained well.
Cons
Nothing extreme, but it’s not completely silent
The house is great
Pros
The house is great, and I really like my room — everything is comfortable and well thought out. The amenities are excellent, and having a gym is a big plus. The in-unit washer and dryer were a lifesaver, and I loved having my morning coffee in the shared backyard.
Cons
The walls are a bit thin, so you can occasionally hear neighbors.
