Landlord doesn’t give security deposits back to anyone, and apartments are not clean in move in time.

Good for young professionals/students
Pros
. Building is decently quiet especially from a back of the building unit. Building is clean enough, never had a problem with any kind of pest
Cons
Management can sometimes be a bit unresponsive, but will usually get back to you eventually. Stairwell can sometimes smell a bit funky, but that’s most nyc apartments. One of the washers is out of order about 50% of the time
