Street noise is horrible.

Pros:
Landlord is friendly. Lots of places to eat in neighborhood.
Cons:
Noise. The neighborhood is just too noisy. Music blasting from cars at all hours of the night. It might wake you up. Cost of the apartment is also really high. Landlord slow to fix things.
Advice to owner:
Fix things quicker!

At least the kitchen has nice appliances

Pros:
The super and assistant for management are nice
Cons:
Stairwell extremely dirty, awful roach infestation, water damage in the apartment, and the neighborhood is the loudest place on earth
Advice to owner:
Please at least have the stairwell cleaned during a pandemic
