it got better
Former Tenant
Pros:
interior is painted, cameras are installed, exterior door lock changed.
Cons:
can and should be more clean. example: if maintenance is to be once in two weeks, it is getting skipped to four or so weeks. each floor is eligible for security camera but non is installed besides tiny holes in the wall.
Advice to owner:
activate electronic rent payments. inconvenience in sending or physically dropping off check payment.
