Decent Building To live
Pros
The apartments are nice, the neighborhood not terrible but definitely not near cafes, strips of restaurants and connivence stores if thats your thing. There is monthly exterminator that comes, the trash could be emptied cleaned and emptied more often and there is laundry on the roof.
Cons
Building could be cleaner -Sometimes people who dont live in the building gather by the front --entrance door and sometimes come inside and sit and the hall playing music. -Rent increasing every renewal -location -maintenance could be better but not bad

new apartment building
Pros
brand new spaces, large rooms and modern appliances.
Cons
neighborhood still in need of more business, but the building and management have been great so far.
