it’s a mix

Pros

great area, updated kitchen, in unit W/D, adequate space. landlord was chill and would send someone whenever there was an issue

Cons

always had issues with heat and hot water. heaters would be insanely hot in the winter to the point where i had to open the window when it was snowing. multiple times had either scalding hot showers or ice cold. had a few roaches and a mouse. hardly any natural light next door neighbor was so rude and walls were paper thin so you could hear everything. even when someone was sent to fix something, the problems typically persisted

Pros

It’s on a beautiful tree lined side street. The interior is very roomy with beautiful high ceilings and large rooms. The kitchens are very large with lots of counter space and apartments have very large closets.

Cons

The neighborhood can be very loud especially on holidays, the landlord/super are not the most responsive especially on weekends. There aren’t too many food options that aren’t kosher near by.
