Poorly managed building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location rent control in Brooklyn
Cons:
Management is simply absent in any matter.

Good building for living with pets
Former Tenant
Pros:
Definitely one of pet-friendly properties that I know of.
Cons:
Noise level may vary by where each room is facing. FDNY is in very close proximity, ongoing building construction in the area, etc.
Advice to owner:
Building staff are helpful and friendly. It is a bit of challenge to get hold of property manager, the management office tends to be closed (maybe that's because of pandemic?)

Roach problems and unresponsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Facebook group for tenants, laundry machines almost always available,
Cons:
Move outs require taking time off work as they are limited to union hours on weekdays, continuous roach problems, hallways smell like cigarette smoke, extremely unresponsive management office, facilities closed at 10 PM
