Dorch is a Great Building!

Pros

Doormen are very friendly, lobby is always clean, great building to live in overall.

Cons

They went through my bathroom while doing renovations on another apartment's plumbing, and shortly after that the bathroom wall became totally messed up (paint peeling like crazy all of a sudden). I've requested a fix many times but accepted awhile ago that's never happening (it's been at least 2 years).

Advice to the owners

I just wish my bathroom wall would get fixed without me paying someone to do it because I didn't cause this to happen... the building's renovations on ANOTHER apartment did.
