The apartment is located on 1st floor no elevator building. The apartment is renovated, has a newly renovated kitchen, new SS appliances, new granite counter and new cabinets. The living room is large and also the bedroom can fit queen/king size bed. The bathroom is newly renovated too. Pets are allowed up to 35lbs and also heat and hot water are included in rent.
