It can be better

Pros:
It’s in a calm neighborhood. Been living here for years.
Cons:
The heat will be on blast when it’s not needed but once it’s below 12 degrees outside, they won’t turn it on.
Advice to owner:
When we call for an emergency to fix out homes, we expect someone to be available asap.
