Great location old but good building
Pros
Location is great Building is well maintained Neighbors are all quiet and respectful Get more bang for your buck in the area
Cons
Has the cons of an old building (ie box units, old flooring) Have gotten a couple packages stolen but not many There is a Co op process

Good building; good management
Pros
Very safe secure building. Older but well maintained
Cons
The heating does need to be updated. It can get very hot, but that's better than being very cold. Walls can be thin, so loud neighbors are not great. I had quiet neighbors and then I had a neighbor with a dog.
