Loved this building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved here for a year and rented directly from one of the co-op shareholders. We were very lucky as the shareholder we were renting from took great care of us and if there were any issues at all, they were addressed immediately!
This building was VERY quiet and I almost never heard my neighbors, well maintained (I heard them cleaning the halls 1-2 times a week) and friendly. I saw only one small roach in the winter and had a few house centipedes but nothing that was alarming. With the roach - it was addressed right away and there was never the sign of another one.
It’s a great building and I wish I could have lived there longer, but due to co-op board regulations could only live there a year. Loved my entire time in that building!
Cons:
Only thing I disliked was the trash alley I saw lots of rats out there, but the trash was never overflowing or poorly taken care of - just living in New York. I don’t think it’s anything the building could have done but it just forced me to take out my trash at noon
