bad management but still enjoyed living here.

the most beautiful street in crown heights really good neighbors rent stabilized quiet street
Cons
i had roaches for a year and management did nothing. I had to spend a lot of money on extermination. i had a leaky shower for 2 years, management did absolutely nothing about it. place was so dirty when i moved in, a lot of sweat equity went into this unit on my part. trash was overflowing for 2 years

Worst Apartment I Ever Lived In
Pros
The rent was cheap but not cheap enough to justify the toxicity in this building.
Cons
Mold, mice, roaches, garbage, NO heat/hot water during freezing times, slow response times from management
Advice to the owners
Be a human being instead of a slumlord.
