Decent location, but there's better for the price. Also LOUD
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent location, 10 minute walk to the E which gets you access to everything. Amenities are decent too, but you have to pay about $100/m for them. Overall, great experience. Doorman are great.
Cons:
Super loud. Directly next door is a fire station, and maybe 1 minute away is a UPS distribution warehouse (so lots of noise in the mornings). Furthermore, near the NJ/NYC tunnel so lots of beeping on Friday nights.
Also, the 2nd floor amenities reek of marijuana smoke from time to time.

Solid choice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived here previously but the building was very nicely maintained, great door staff, nice apartments for the price.
Cons:
The amenities were decent but not spectacular, I hear those are getting updated. The ducts are all connected so weed from the neighbors frequently wafted into my unit.

Incredible 1 year experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
-extremely clean (never once had an insect issue) -extremely responsive (fix day of or within 24 hours at the very latest) -INSANELY FRIENDLY doormen -management people were all respectful as well
Cons:
-located right above the fire station, so if you’re a light sleeper, this location def might not be it -mandatory $95 amenity fee per person
Advice to owner:
Please make the amenity fee optional…

Former Tenant
Pros:
super clean, the doormen were super nice, and maintenance was very responsive
Cons:
I didn't like that the keys were on your phone, once my phone was dead and I had to sit in the hallway and wait for it to charge enough to get into my apartment

The Landon
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great apartment in regards to size, amenities, sound, and responsiveness from maintenance. Priced very high at the beginning of lease, but is currently listed at a reasonable price.
Cons:
Not fully development. No Gym, rooftop, or building amenities at all which were supposed to be completed a month or so after moving in. However, circumstances for those items being delayed are completely understandable and no fees for amenities were charged. However, the rent should have reflected a lower amount as well to match the availability.
