WORST apartment I’ve ever lived in

Hot water is brown Garbage shoot is so small No peep hole on door (purposely painted over) So Loud the walls are so paper thin I can hear my neighbors landline ring 24/7 Neighbors babies throwing tantrums COCKROACHES
