Pros:
Very safe feeling, u know people are looking out for u but also not interested in being in your business. Great communication with management and no BS. Laundry right downstairs and great location. Rent stabilized.
Cons:
No buzzer. Heat could be too hot in the winter. Bar across the street and event space at end of block could be loud. Internet set up was tricky at first.
Advice to owner:
Such a great building vibe! Upgrades to apartments would make this a 10/10 for an NYC walk up experience.
