Dog poop everywhere (No one picks up their dog's feces. It everywhere and guaranteed you'll step in it. Inside (even outside) Buildings are never, ever cleaned (2 years of living here never seen anyone sweep or mop). Grass is not cut Very hard to get in contact with maintenance for minor fixes. Oh and the worse part is a 2 bedroom will run you from $2100-2400! No worth it at all. Too many other places changing that or lower and it's cleaner.
Advice to the owners
Make this look nice and rentable. Please clean up! And the dog poop is out of control!

Cons
Centipedes, ants, due to poor caulking. Wooden floorboards could be improved. Garbage management can be regulated better. Sometimes trash divers come and leave the garbage area a mess
