Building is well-maintained and location is convenient for groceries and commuting. Staff is responsive and friendly. Quick turn-around on maintenance requests.

Thinner walls can cause noise issues at times but that's a common issue with many apartments. Pre-war building means appliances and fixtures might be outdated in some units, depending whether renovations were made.

Clean, the staff is fantastic. Landlord is big and responsive when they want to be.

Water pressure was pretty bad, depends on unit though. Roaches, again, depends on unit.

Staff here is great, great structure so you can’t hear neighbors even if loud, reliable door men. Would recommend the building for sure.

The management company who owns the property -- Saul Goodman or something like that has workers who have a stick up their ass. Not easy to deal with even if just a general question.

The doorman are very nice, know tenants by name. Laundry area is always clean, garbage is regularly taken out, packages delivered to doors.

Maintenance responsiveness is unpredictable. Sometimes issues are fixed immediately, others require multiple follow ups

Awesome Staff, Really good about garbage. Internet Speeds were good. Temp control is decent, never really had to use the radiator much even during the winter.

Location isn't the best. Midtown is midtown. Laundry is a bit expensive in building

not too much in the way of issues.
