Former tenant·6 minutes ago

Worst renter experience I've ever had

Pros

Nothing to add

Cons

Ongoing leaks, floods, and massive water damage since I moved in months ago (still happening). Intermittent water lines and fluctuating water temperature took months to address. Quality of repairs is extremely poor, and leaves your apartment looking worse. Broker lied about many things that would be repaired prior to moving in.

Cons

Poor management heat and hot water malfunction every few days it seems dirty and hazardous outside (and inside) conditions pests, mice, and rats horrible and unprofessional contractors and repairmen

Advice to the owners

Choose a better management who will actually listen and fix the problems with the building
