NYC stabilized rent calculator

There are nearly 1 million rent-stabilized apartments in NYC. If you have a stabilized lease, that means your landlord MUST renew your lease at the increases set by the NYC Rent Guidelines Board.

This calculator is to help rent-stabilized tenants determine what their legal increase should be. It's based on a couple factors - when the lease is renewing and whether you'd like to renew for 1 or 2 years.
