NO FEE!!! Great size 1 bedroom apartment. Separate eat in kitchen, Apartment layout is amazing, There are hardwood floors throughout the unit. Well kept building. This is a 5th floor walkup. Easy access walk up building. Live in attentive super. Very easy management company to deal with. Cats are allowed. JUST A NOTICE REGARDING THE APARTMENT- Con Edison shut the gas line a few months back and have been actively getting things back on track. The gas is still not on and we dont have an exact timeframe of when they expect it back. a hot plate will be applied until the gas is turned on.
