True North Union Square is located at 127 4th Avenue. The building was originally constructed in 1896 and has an ornate facade featuring Romanesque and Beaux-Arts elements. Following a major renovation in 2013 each of the 48 rental units now has its own outdoor space, as well as modern design features that include Caesarstone counter tops; Bertazzoni, Fisher & Paykel, Blomberg, and Kohler appliances; Restoration Hardware pedestal sinks and vanities, and wide plank oak flooring.
