The unit has access to a private terrace and is situated in a newly-constructed, seven story development consisting of 30 residences. Amenities include indoor garage parking (for an extra fee), bicycle storage, a laundry room and communal roof-deck. 

The Location: Positioned on Broadway and Havemeyer St, 252 Broadway is just a block from the Marcy Ave JMZ subway, perfect for quick, direct access to Manhattan.

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.
