Small but homey
Pros
Location is great, management is responsive, neighborhood is nice
Cons
Loud since it's right next to the subway and bus plaza, neighborhood is getting more expensive

Kindest landlord ever, beautiful apartments, no bugs, just subway noise :)
Pros
Love this building and its residents. Everyone is responsive and kind (such a rarity in NYC), including the building manager, real estate agent, and owner. Wish I could have stayed longer but I needed to move to a cheaper place! If you're in the "C" apartments, just know that the subway noise is constant. Despite this, I really enjoyed my experience. :)
Cons
No laundry in-unit (it's in the basement though, and very easily accessible, bright + not sketchy!). Also the "C" units don't have dishwashers.
Advice to the owners
Better soundproof windows for the apartments facing the subway.
