Our Thoughts: This spacious One bedroom apartment has a very spacious living room with exposed brick. Deep closets in the bedroom as well as another in the hallway. Giving you plenty of closet space. Oversized windows bring in tons of natural light. This elevator building features a bike room, Communal Roof Deck and Laundry on the 2nd floor. 

The Location: Only a block away from the L/G train at Lorimer/Metropolitan Ave. Many shops and restaurants nearby on Metro. You are also a few blocks away from Bedford Avenue and McCarren Park.

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.
