    Nice, clean building despite some foundational issues

    Pros:
    Kept very clean, has garbage shoots, very nice laundry room on 2nd floor
    Cons:
    Gets extremely hot because it’s made of metal, has caused some water leaks through windowpanes. Need to blast AC.

    Great place to live. Central and good value for area

    Modern appliances. Responsive super. Really well insulated (sometimes run A/C in fall/winter). Great location

    Coin operated in building laundry. Not much closet space.
