Great apartment for area and cost
Pros
It was not overly expensive, it was incredibly convenient placement for me as a student. Landlord was always responsive to me and things were generally taken care of quickly. Apartment was on the smaller side, but once again for the area and price it was great for what I needed.
Cons
It was loud outside because of area and occasional parties in basement. The laundry is in the building next door which is a little inconvenient as it takes time and sucks in bad weather. Some appliances could’ve used some upgrades.
