Not bad at all!
Pros
It seems to be maintained decently well. Nothing is falling apart. My unit was recently renovated when I moved in. And they’re pretty fast with responding to maintenance issues.
Cons
It’s an older building so things like doors not fully closing (bathroom, bedroom, closet) are to be expected but still annoying. I didn’t like that majority of my walls are concrete so hanging things up is kind of annoying. Rats by the dumpster are loud but at least not in the building.
Advice to the owners
Don’t get too greedy with the rent increases!
