A decent place to live
Pros
Good location, lots of light, spacious rooms
Cons
Packages stolen, often people sleeping in the foyer, sometime people literally smoke crack in the foyer, unresponsive to lots of maintenance issues, when maintenance would actually come to fix something they gave no notice and did not knock instead just unlocking the door and coming right in. Absolutely unacceptable and made me beyond uncomfortable several times. Not to mention the plumbing in the bathroom above us exploded and caused our bathroom ceiling to cave in and flooded our bathroom with sewer water.
Advice to the owners
Be more on top of maintenance and realize it is illegal and extremely intrusive for maintenance to come without notice or knocking.
