Landlord got on my nerves
Pros
I liked living here overall. It was a good place that was close by to the Target, MBTA stations, and the BU campus.
Cons
Landlord was annoying to deal with frankly. Tried to keep our security deposit although there was no basis for it (we got it back eventually). Our disher washer was broken upon move in and it was not fixed in a super timely manner but it was fixed nonetheless. Same with garbage disposal. Paying for washer dryer in basement was kind of expensive.
Advice to the owners
Try to be more likeable and actually care a little more.
