Renters approve of the building's owners
Great management, amenities, and maintenance team. Super quiet between apartments (I’m on the 10th floor so no street noise either). Would definitely recommend!! Relocating to another city for work and very sad to leave
Elevator issues occasionally, but the waits aren’t TOO bad compared to stories I hear from friends in taller buildings with more floors
