Great building and staff
Pros
Great front desk, good amenities and lots of common rooms. The gym is nice, there are plenty of grills and the elevators work within a minute of requesting it.
Cons
The location doesn’t have affordable food and the silver line is a bit tough to travel on. The gym doesn't have barbells and some studios don’t have enough closet space.
Advice to the owners
Adding a squat rack with a barbell would be great.

Amazing building and location. Love the seaport and the apartments were nice
Cons
Can be expensive but no real big cons I can think of.
