Renters approve of the building's owners
Beautiful big windows, lots of natural light, large size for the price! Great location- easy access to coffee shops, resturants, the Pru, and the green and orange lines.
There wasn't a way to easily control the heat so being on the first floor meant the apartment was extremely warm all winter long and the radiators were very loud. There were also some plumbing issues.
