Unbeatable walking distance to BWH and longwood medical area.
German cockroaches were an occasional problem, but to be fair, management did react reasonably quickly with exterminators going through the whole building. No elevator, not a big deal for me. High rent, but ~par for Boston. Have to get your own window air conditioner, common in Boston. Key to the back entrance/parking is very finnicky, sometimes up to minutes to unlock.
