Nice street, garbage disposal in sink, large kitchen surfaces
Cons
Garbage management is a mess, college students aren’t very proactive about bringing trash to the curb so trash often piles up by the front entrance and spills onto the ground. This also contributes to there being more rats on the ground floor, and we even had a few sighting in our third floor apartment. Also the doors between rooms are very thin and let a lot of noise through

Hold tenants to trash disposal more strictly
