Great price for the neighborhood
Pros
Central AC, Dishwasher, new fridge, two rooms are big, big enough kitchen to add a table and couch
Cons
One small room, only one closet, management can be rude especially to college students (if you want anything to get done have your parents call), had a mice problem and they hired exterminators that rarely did their job, sends you a rent increase notice after living there for 2/3 months
Advice to the owners
Be nicer to the people who live there
