Good location and large
The management company is terrible, to the point of illegality. They were nonresponsive about a neighbor pouring urine out the window into my air conditioner, nonreponsive about a bed bug infestation, raised the rent as much as they could each year, and then when I moved out they illegally asked for a notarized request to get my security deposit back.
